Paralysis

The moon was full,
but your eyes were dim
I thought that’d I be lost within
the warmth of your mouth,
the sweet smell of this

This never-ending paralysis

My heart beats a tattered drum
And all I am is just a lonely one

The days grow longer,
and it’s your voice I fear
Beckoning me to your atmosphere
the taste of your skin,
the divine touch of your lips

Tainted by your callousness

My mind is cracked by your games
And all I was is empty and drained

The time has past,
yet your words still sting
Further burned into my memory
the feel of your hands,
your own brand of bliss

The curse of your jealousness

My body lay without breath
And all I am is what you’ve left
